This is one of the simplest ways to help out our cause. We believe the best way for our initiatives to be successful is for the community to actively get involved. We are also aiming to create a strong sense of community among our beneficiaries through our volunteer programs and goodwill initiatives. We strongly believe in empowering individuals with the opportunity to become more self-sufficient and reduce their levels of dependency on welfare programs. We hope that our charitable work can help foster a supportive environment for those who are looking for guidance and assistance during this difficult transition period.

We are in the startup phase of building Furniture Sharehouse Society and are not ready to offer any services at this time. Our immediate focus is on fundraising and networking activities.  Fundraising efforts are currently underway as we seek donations from companies, organizations, individuals, churches, civic groups, schools and other sources throughout Greater Victoria region. A website has been created as well as various marketing campaigns in order to reach out to potential donors as well as increase public awareness about our cause. In addition, we have dedicated resources for researching possible grants or funding opportunities that could help sustain our operations over time.
